1. Shipping Rates and Methods:

 We offer standard shipping via Australia post at a flat rate of $9.90 for domestic orders within Australia. Our express shipping is at a flat rate of $15 for domestic orders.

2. International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping. International orders and shipping sit at a flat rate of $20. Delivery times may vary.

3. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Restrictions:

We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

5. Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary based on shipping method and destination. Typically, standard shipping within Australia takes 2-8 business days. Express shipping within Australia will vary between 1-4 business days.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages:

 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

7. Shipping Holidays:

 Our shipping carriers do not operate on public holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.

8. Shipping Delays:

 In rare instances, there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
